The NYPD has issued a silver alert after an 87-year-old East Harlem resident was reported missing, police told Patch.
Juan Encarnacion-Laureano was last seen Sunday afternoon at his apartment in the [easyazon_link identifier=”0689702590″ locale=”US” tag=”harlemworld-20″]Robert F. Wagner Houses[/easyazon_link]. Encarnacion-Laureano lived in an apartment building near Paladino and First avenues within the public housing complex, police said.
Encarnacion-Laureano stands 5-foot-8, weighs about 130 lbs and has a medium build, dark complexion, brown eyes and salt and pepper hair, police said. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, and a white polo shirt with grey stripes, police said. Encarnacion-Laureano also wears glasses, police said.
