Damon Dash, the former CEO of Roc-a-fella Records, has reportedly lost custody of his daughters, according to TMZ.
Dash has been extremely active on social media over the last month or so, ever since his infamous interview with the Breakfast Club. Yesterday (April 20), he was a no show to a court date in the battle with his ex-wife Rachel Roy.
Both Roy and Dash accused each other of being an unfit parent. Roy accused Dash of smoking weed around her two daughters, 15-year old Ava and 6-year old Tallulah. TMZ reports that the judge sided with Roy, ruling that Dash was only entitled to supervised visitation.
Roy also got a three year restraining order over Dash. Dash spoke about the feud with his ex in a post to Instagram, saying that “most people are afraid of court so they get pushed around…when I’m right I fear nothing.” Dash also stated that he wasn’t hiring a lawyer and that he was a good dad (source).
