A gunman accused of shooting two men, one fatally, in a Harlem nightclub was busted in his mom’s Manhattan home Tuesday — after four months on the run, cops said.
Police arrested Richard Lawrence, 29, charging him with murder, attempted murder, assault and weapon possession in the Feb. 13 shooting.
Lawrence pulled out a gun after arguing with two men at the Harlem Nights Bar on W. 138th St., cops said, and opened fire. Jarell Mitchell, 22, was shot twice in the back, and a 24-year-old man once in the leg.
Emergency personnel rushed both to Harlem Hospital, but doctors couldn’t save Mitchell.
