Heritage Real Estate Partners’s upscale East Harlem condo launched sales over the weekend from $680,000. Wedged between East 103rd and 104th streets along Park Avenue, 11 of the building’s 72 condos are now up for grabs. The most expensive condo in the building to hit the market to date is a $3.95 million three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom duplex that covers 3,078 square feet.
The brokerbabble touts 1399 Park Avenue as a place that is “[c]lassic by location” and “[m]odern by design”; that translates to interiors by Whitehall that include Athens Silver Cream marble countertops; Thermador, Elica, and Bosch appliances; honed Vanilla marble and Eagle Grey limestone bathrooms; wide-plank oak flooring; and Bosch washers and dryers.
Many of the building’s apartments will overlook Central Park’s North Meadow called Harlem Meer. Building amenities include a bike room, children’s playroom, cold storage, parking, a gym, and a common terrace. Occupancy is slated for late 2017.
