Dear Neighbors,
This is to inform you about a Community Board 7 hearing that takes place tomorrow evening, Thursday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m. on the proposed penthouse addition to a building at West End Avenue and W. 101st Street.
The hearing will be held at 250 West 87th Street (between Broadway and West End Avenue). The proposed perimeter of the penthouse appears in the photo above as blocked out by the orange netting on the rooftop at the right side of the picture.
If you are interested in the hearing about this application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for a penthouse addition to 840 West End Avenue, please come out.
