Issued the following statement on the historic inauguration of New York’s first female Governor Kathy Hochul:

“As she assumes office today amid the resurgent COVID-19 pandemic, CitizensNYC urges Governor Hochul to prioritize investment in resident-led community groups that are on the front lines of helping their neighbors during this trying time.”
