The Brodsky Organization’s two residential buildings on the close of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine are nearly ready to welcome renters. The two 15-story apartment buildings started courting tenants in January, with asks from $2,400 for a studio. Construction site chronicler Tectonic stopped by the Morningside Heights site to snap a few pictures of the nearly finished buildings. Designed by Handel, the two towers are jarringly angular and pretty interesting to look at, putting aside their proximity to the stunning (and sadly not landmakred) Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
With the building’s new availability comes more looks inside its 428 apartments via Enclave at the Cathedral’s official website.
