Bow Wow (rapper, actor and television host of BET’s 106 & Park) will be special guest host for Amateur Night: Holiday Special!
The annual Amateur Night: Holiday Special is a highlight of the Apollo Theater’s 2013-14 season and a favorite of community members and families. This special show is an evening of entertainment by child dancers, musicians and singers – all past winners of Amateur Night at the Apollo’s “Stars of Tomorrow” category. These kids are Apollo legends in the making! Last year’s Holiday Special sold out quickly, so get your tickets now!
And as a special treat before the Amateur Night: Holiday Special, Coca-Cola Company in partnership with the Apollo, will offer the Coca-Cola Winter Wonderland from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Coca-Cola Winter Wonderland is a FREE event that includes picture taking with Santa Claus, giveaways and performances by some of New York City’s best choirs under the Apollo’s iconic marquee including Refining Faith and Acapella Soul. Hosted by Billy “Mr. Apollo” Mitchell.
