The Harlem Local Vendor Program (HLVP) is a partnership between the Columbia-Harlem Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Columbia University Dining, Harlem Park to Park, Hot Bread Kitchen Incubates, and Whole Foods Market.
The program is designed to help manufacturers of Harlem and Upper Manhattan made consumer goods increase their business acumen and contract with larger retailers.
