ATL: Fox’s ‘Next Level Chef’ Premieres With Celebrity Chef Darryl Taylor!

Celebrity Chef Darryl Taylor, has been announced as one of the newest contestants on season two of Gordon Ramsay’s ‘Next Level Chef’ on FOX!

 The new season is set to premiere Sunday, February 12, 2023, immediately following the Super Bowl with team captains Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais.  

When asked about his feeling toward this exciting new chapter, Taylor says, “It’s both exciting and overwhelming!” He continues, “Each day is like working in a pressure cooker!” When speaking on the competition he says, “Of course its still a competition, but win or lose, after this competition we’re all winners.”

Taylor, who lives in Atlanta, has a tremendous book of clients he worked with including The Grammys, Samuel L. Jackson, Nene Leakes, Phaedra Parks, and more!

While in Atlanta, he provides, private chef services as well as catering through his company Epicurean Drama. “I’ve been cooking all my life and it really has become a passion. I cook with love and anyone who’s ever tried my food can taste the difference.”

Aside from cooking, Taylor is an advocate for individuals dealing with renal failure—as he was once a dialysis patient dealing with kidney failure. Since having a successful kidney transplant, he is created his own 501c3 called Overflow End-Stage Renal Foundation where provides support and resources for families affected by kidney failure. 

Next Level Chef season one premiered on Fox on January 2, 2022. The show was ranked as the highest debut of the season, according to FOX, and was the third most-streamed FOX unscripted debut with 3.3 million viewers across Hulu and FOX NOW. 

Season two of Next Level Chef premieres on FOX on February 12, 2023.
