Amazon’s Book Sale From Harlem To Harare Is May 15-20, 2024

here’s no shortage of sales at Amazon these days. Following its Pet Day sale and its Summer Beauty Haul, Amazon will host another sale – the Amazon Book Sale. 

“With a mission to inspire customers to read more, Amazon is kicking off summer reading with the new Amazon Book Sale, a savings event exclusive to Amazon customers,” the company wrote in a statement. “The event will run from May 15 through May 20, 2024, offering some of Amazon’s best deals on a wide selection of must-read books across genres.” 

Start saving on books now

Amazon shoppers will have the opportunity to save big on both print books and Kindle books. Ahead of the sale, Amazon has announced that print books will be on sale for up to 50% off, and Kindle books will be on sale for up to 80% off. 

While the sale is still a few days away, shoppers can start taking advantage of some of Amazon’s early Book Sale deals, including: 

  • 29% off select Kindle Scribe devices
  • Up to 80% off books chosen by the Amazon Books Editors
  • Up to 75% off books trending on TikTok
  • Up to 70% off celebrity books
  • Up to 60% off popular book club picks
  • Up to 50% off book-to-movie titles
  • Up to 40% off literature classics
  • Up to 40% off children’s graphic novels
  • Three months free of Kindle Unlimited
  • Choose a Kindle First Reads book, get a $2 credit for another Kindle book

Amazon will announce new deals over the course of the sale. Shoppers can expect to see discounts on all things books – Kindle books, print books, Audible, Kindle Unlimited, and more. 

Consumers aren’t required to have a Prime membership to participate in the sale – the deals will be available to all Amazon customers.
