Award-winning & Grammy nominated producer Harmony Samuels hosted the first musical performance showcase for accomplished actress and rising music star, Rhyon Brown, to a star-studded crowd of thousands on Monday, October 23rd, 2017 at the Avalon in Hollywood. Many know Rhyon as an accomplished actress as seen on “Lincoln Heights,” and Lifetime’s original film “Surviving Compton.” Rhyon performed songs from her new album “Pretty Girl”. Rhyon has been compared to being a mix between Ariana Grande meets Janet Jackson; she recently met Janet Jackson and is now in talks to be working on Janet’s album with super producer Harmony Samuels.
Tastemakers and celebrities out supporting her showcase included: Robi Reed, Woody McClain, Bre-Z (“Empire”), the cast of “Tales” on BET, label-mate MAJOR., singer & sister RaVaughn, Dorien Wilson, A.D. Dolphin, and more.
