Bill Perkins Missed 25% Of His Meetings The Year Before Being Re-Elected

NY Daily News report that hardworking Harlem Councilman Bill Perkins, who just took office in March, in terms of his attendance, missed 25% of the 24 meetings he was supposed to attend.

Perkins did not respond to requests from source for comment.
