Ralph McDaniels Hosts K. Michelle Celeb Birthday Gala

With special performances by Funk Flex and Red Alert and hosted by Ralph McDaniels, this birthday party is the place to be on a Saturday night! Come out to Resorts World for great food, drinks and star-studded performances.

K. Michelle is a singer and television personality best known for her songs “I Just Can’t Do This” and “How Many Times” which made it on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart in 2010 and her appearance on the VH1 Series “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.” K. Michelle is releasing a brand new album entitled “More Issues Than Vogue” on March 25, 2016.

Funkmaster Flex is well-known DJ, musician, rapper and producer on New York City’s Hot 97 radio station. From the Bronx, NY, Funkmaster Flex has a long history in New York City as the host of the first hip hop radio show.

DJ Red Alert is one of the founding fathers of hip hop music and culture and is best known for his time as a DJ on 98.7 Kiss-FM in New York City. Originally from Harlem, DJ Red Alert holds the all-time record for most guest appearances among hip hop artists in the history of music videos.

Ralph McDaniels is music video director and DJ best known for creating Video Music Box. The Harlem fave, from Brooklyn, McDaniels is a hip hop personality credited as one of the most important figures in hip-hop for introducing hip hop to video as a medium for expression.
