The crowd gathers to watch construction on the northeast corner at the turn of the century on the upper westside in Harlem. Some onlookers check out the street construction, while others look at the photographer and one sits in the window near the Natlus Taxicab Co., sign on the second floor in the building on the right

Interesting penthouse on top of the building to the right on the north-east corner of what looks like 110th Street and the large undeveloped real estate lots on the west side of the street to the left (source).
