Harlem’s A$AP Ferg And Others Came Out For Mack Wilds At SOB’s

1501673_10153623014170335_266578881_nGrammy® Award-nominated Hip-hop/R&B artist Mack Wilds has earned acclaim and recognition on television and in movies alike such as HBO’s “The Wire,” CW’s “90210,” “The Secret Life of Bees” and “Red Tails.” Wilds’ debut album, New York: A Love Story was released on September 30, 2013. In addition, he has been nominated for a GRAMMY® Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album for the 56th Annual Grammy® Awards. The album was released via Re Mi Fa/Louder Than Life label through Sony Music.

Mack Wilds took the stage at SOB’s in NYC yesterday on December 23, 2013, performing his first solo concert to a sold out venue. Supported by a roaring crowd of fans, Wilds performed a set which included tracks from his debut album, New York: A Love Story, such as the smash hit “Own It,” “Henny,” “Wilds Things,” “Don’t Turn Me Down” and “Keepin’ It Real.”

 

Surprise guests who took the stage with Mack included Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex, Method Man, A$AP Ferg, and Bodega Bamz, Lil’ Mama, R&B artist Bridget Kelly. For the concert, Mack partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for a “text to donate” campaign during the show, as well as donating a portion of the proceeds to the hospital.
