The 2023 Congressional Art Competition is now accepting entries from high school students from New York’s 13th congressional district in Harlem.
This is for the opportunity to display their winning artwork in the United States Capitol and the district offices of Harlem‘s Rep. Adriano Espaillat, New York-13, for up to one year.
Artwork must be emailed to Art.NY13@mail.house.gov by this year’s deadline: Monday, April 24, 2023.
Original artwork may include digital submissions of paintings, drawings, collages, and photography and must be submitted via email along with the student release form.
