The above blurb comes directly from the Media Mister website and pretty much encapsulates what makes them (supposedly) a big deal. What matters most is their apparent commitment to nothing but 100% real social signals from real people. This would immediately put Media Mister in a completely different bracket from most other sellers, who dole out nothing but spam.

Having fallen victim to a fair few false promises myself, I’m not in the habit of putting my main Instagram account at risk. I use a second test account for review purposes, just in case things don’t go entirely to plan. This a point I thought worth mentioning, given how quickly bot-generated social signals from fake accounts can get you kicked off a social network.
