Whilst some people find a look that works for them and then rock this for many years to come after.
Some others prefer to constantly change their look on a yearly, monthly, weekly, or even on a daily basis in order to reflect their changing style and personality. If you are one of these latter people, then you will love the list that we have put together below of the quickest and easiest ways that you can go about changing up your own personal appearance.
Add colour to your eyelashes
Whilst for most women black mascara is the norm, adding a splash of colour to your eyelashes is a sure-fire way of changing your look without actually having to do that much. If you have blue eyes then go for cobalt and pinks in order to really show off the colour of your irises. Whereas if you have brown eyes, you should instead plume for purple and green tones, as these will bring out the darker tones that are in your eyes.
Fake having a bob
Changing the length and style can no doubt have a huge impact on how you look and from behind you will look like a completely different person. To do this, curl up the ends of your hair and then pin them into place in order to give the appearance of a retro-style wavy bob haircut.
Use coloured contact lenses
In addition to making your eyesight better, by using coloured contact lenses, you have the ability to dramatically change how you appear to others – you may even fool yourself into thinking that you are looking at someone else. These come in a wide range of different colours, although the most popular shades are brown, hazel, blue, violet, green, and grey. If you want to make a statement, then you could try using some of the less common colours, such as Gemstone Green, Caribbean Aqua, or Sapphire Blue.
Whiten your teeth
The process of whitening your teeth can either be done professionally by a dentist or at home by using a combination of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. To get the best results, use roughly 2 small spoons of hydrogen peroxide with a single part of baking soda. You then need to dip the head of your toothbrush into the formulation and then brush like normal. Be sure you rinse thoroughly afterwards.
Get some new clothes
You may have a wardrobe full of outfits, but they no longer may reflect your own personal style and so they may need switching up for something new. The right outfit or even just a single item of clothing really can provide you with a whole new look, whilst also making you feel much more confident about your appearance. If you plan on constantly changing up your wardrobe, there are some retailers out there, such as H&M that participate in recycle schemes, where you can return your old used clothes for vouchers for new ones.
