Gerald is the founder and President of the Migdol Organization; Harlem-based real estate management and development firm with ancillary social service, legal, and security businesses including several non-profits dedicated to the health, education, and welfare of the Harlem community.

Most recently he has been working closely with Korey Wise and the Exonerate Five.
