The affordable housing lottery is open for 3 West 128th Street, a six-story residential development in Harlem, New York. Designed by BMG Design Build, the 15,896-square-foot building will yield 20 units.

Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging ineligible income from $66,858 to $133,120.

Residential amenities include a rooftop terrace, gym, virtual doorman, security cameras, and shared laundry room. Units will have designer kitchen appliances and dishwashers.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a $1,950 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $133,120.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 8, 2021 reports NY YImby.
