On February 22, 2018, The East 125th Street Development Task Force solicited proposals (Initial Solicitation) from legal experts to assist the East 125th Street Development Task Force with legal services related to the establishment and implementation of the East Harlem Local Investment Fund (LIF).
The East 125th Street Development Task Force is pleased to issue this update to the Initial Solicitation, which has been modified to expand the services requested as noted below, (hereby known as the Modified Solicitation).
An entity submitting a proposal (Proposal) will be deemed a Respondent. A Respondent selected as part of this process will be deemed the Selected Respondent. The Selected Respondent will act as the initial legal services provider of the LIF. If a Respondent previously submitted a Proposal to the Initial Solicitation, the Respondent will need to resubmit their Proposal with responses to Initial Solicitation Services/Work Requirements amended as needed, an addendum that responds to the Modified Solicitation Services/Work Requirements below, and the fees associated with both services. New Respondents will need to respond to both the Initial Solicitation Services/Work Requirements and the Modified Solicitation Services/Work Requirements and include the fees associated with both services.

Response Due Date: Friday, November 30, 2018, 4 PM
