The halls of Harlem Fashion Week will echo the history of Harlem with the premiere of the Malcolm X Legacy Collection created by the six daughters of Malcolm X for the F/W 2018 season of New York Fashion Week. The Malcolm X Legacy Runway Collection for HFW will be designed by the international award winning designer Yvonne Jewnell.
The iconic image, quotes, symbols and speeches of Malcolm X have been inspiring fashion for decades but in 2018 we are honored to receive the authentic representation of Malcolm’s message through the art of fashion created by his daughters.
