2nd Annual Literacy Across Harlem Book Drive 2013

1498936_726945190650279_1267661299_oAll high-quality books donated between now and December 21st(*) will be presented this weekend to families residing in homeless shelters, women involved in the criminal justice system who are rebuilding positive lives for themselves and their young children, foster-care organizations serving Harlem families, adult learners striving to improve their literacy skills, and havens for victims of domestic violence.

* = The Holiday Book Drive will conclude at most partner sites on Friday, December 20th; however, Harlem 4 Kids will accept books the morning of Saturday, December 21st in conjunction with its Saturday “Storytime.” Details below.
