Here’s a Harlem Condo where it seems readers on NY Curbed thought the pricing was fairly divided over how much this Central Harlem two-bedroom should cost: There were some in the lowballing camp, guessing as low as $599,000 (!); others went the high route, with the priciest guess being $1.25 million.In the end, the high votes had it: the apartment is listed for $1.2 million, or $947 per square foot. True be told, it’s actually a ways from the park, near 128th Street (Harlem Meer is at 110th Street) and a view of other apartments in the photo above.
